The 29-year-old explain, “I saw two different doctors, but I couldn't understand what they were saying. No-one spoke English!'

"I find that I can't take my eyes off them. I'm 99 percent sure I will leave this movie a lesbian," she joked. In the movie, costar Christina Aguilera and Cher, Bell plays a “small-town girl ventures to Los Angeles and finds her place in a neo-burlesque club run by a former dancer,” reports IMDB.

Kristen Bell has spoiled male fans’ wishes by claiming she won t’ be naked in her upcoming movie, Burlesque. The 28-year-old star said, “You won’t see me naked, wearing pasties and a G-string or anything. But you defiKrnitely won’t think of me as the girl next door either.” “I’m a burlesque dancer who’s an alcoholic, so I’m playing sexier than I’ve ever done before. “ She also gushes about costars. “This strip club is run by Cher, and the girls look fantastic, especially Christina Aguilera, who just blows me away with her talent. I’ve come to terms with the fact that I’m never going to look like her. I’m a little bit closer to an elf in Santa’s workshop. But I’m working on it.”

Kristen Bell tells directors she wants female costars. The actress, who can be seen in the movie Couples Retreat alongside Jon Favreau, Vince Vaughn and Jason Batesman, is eager to work with woman. “There’s too many guys in my movies,” she said. “For some reason I keep doing movies with all guys in. The actress , who visited Australia to promote her new movie "Couples Retreat", has shared her disappointment at not being hugged by a kangaroo at Sydney International Airport.  She laughed, "I like every other stupid American, assumed the kangaroos would meet us at the airport and they would want to hug us as much as we wanted to hug them. That's really the perspective we have here." Luckily, she went to the Taronga Zoo in Sydney to see her favorite animals.  "I did find out about the koalas and how eucalyptus makes them high and why they sleep all day. They're little druggies."

The Astro Boy actress tells Women’s Health magazine in its November isse, "I've learned the necessity for healthy communication. How important it is to talk about your deepest, darkest fears and feelings. "Your partner should hear your most embarrassing insecurities, because once you say them out loud, you've created a safe zone." On her spare time;  "There is almost nothing, barring a natural disaster, that I would let eat into my time at home, playing Scrabble with Dax or talking to my girlfriends." And  Kristen added, "A snuggle party can fix anything – it's true."

Kristen Bell has signed to star as Christina Aguilera’s rival in “Burlesque.” The musical movie, directed by Steve Antin, tells the story of small-town woman (Aguilera) with a great voice who finds love in a Los Angeles neo-burlesque nightclub. The Forgetting Sarah Marshall star will play Nikki, the lead dancer of the club, who looses control  when Aguilera's character suddenly gets the spotlight. The filmmakers are aiming for a Thanksgiving 2010 release. Kristen has recently starred in Couples Retreat," which opened last Friday and will be next seeing in rom-com "When in Rome," to be released in January 2010.

Kristen Bell will lend her voice for Lucy Stillman in Assassin's Creed one time. The actress, who voiced in the first version of the game, has been chosen to play the role of Stillman for the second part of Assassin’s Creed. "Being a part of the first Assassin's Creed video game was an amazing experience. I'm very happy to be Lucy once more, and I look forward to fans discovering more about her - they will be pleasantly surprised," Kristen said about her new challenge.

Kristen Bell takes her own food when she travels because she is afraid of trying foreign menus. The actress recently visited Bora, a French Polynesia island, to shot some scenes for her new film “Couples Retreat” and packed lots of snacks to avoid local cuisine.  She explained, “I do travel with a lot of snacks. I was concerned about the food in Bora Bora, and so I packed a lot. I like knowing what I'm eating. I don't like mystery dishes." : "I knew that all I needed was water and a mini-fridge, both of which I had in Bora Bora - in my contract. Veteran actress Sigourney Weber will join Kristen Bell in the movie You Again. The Alien star has been cast to co-star in Andy Fickman’s film, which tells the story of a woman (Bell)  who returns home for her brother's wedding and is scary to find he's marrying her high school nemesis. Sigourney will play the bride’s “filthy-rich aunt”.Jamie Lee Curtis, Betty White, and Odette Yustman, Kristen Chenoweth and Victor Garber are also part of the cast.

Kristen Bell is desperate to have an on-screen role in Gossip Girl series. The actress, who serves as a narrator of the two-season show, has talked with the Warner Bross’ bosses to have a role for her. "I've pitched (show creator) Josh Schwartz a couple of times for me to be on camera as a waitress or something but he wasn't buying it. But hopefully he'll change his mind in the future!"

Kristen Bell has been cast in a new comedy called "You Again." Directed and produced by Andy Fickman, the movie tells the story of a young woman who finds out her brother is marrying the person who tortured her in high school, The Hollywood Reporter said. Filming is slated to begin in Los Angeles this summer. Kristen can next be seen in "When in Rome" and "Couples Retreat."

Kristen Bell will star Heathers, the dark comedy starred Winona Ryder in 1988. The “Veronica Mars” star has reportedly been reunited in secret with actor Christian Campbel and plans to take the show to regional theatres in 2010, reports ContactMusic.com.  The musical will be directed by Andy Fickman and will eventually debut on Broadway.

Kristen Bell has hint that a ‘Veronica Mars’ movie is a strong chance. The 28-year-star, who is currently filming “Party Down” with Mars’ creator RobThomas, tells MTV news, “I cannot give you an update, but I will tell you we’re trying to make it happen.”  Kristen didn’t reveals further details of the expected film, but she said she wants to start soon enough she doesn’t grow too old. She explains, “I think we’d have to start in college, ’cause we’re getting up there,” she said. “I keep telling them to make it before I get too old.”

Kristen Bell will guest star in a new comedy series titled "Party Down.” The series tell the story of a catering team who are Hollywood wannabes that work hard for tips in order to achieve their big break. Kristen will portray Uda Bengt, a former Party Down caterer who now works for its rival business. The sitcom was created by "Veronica Mars’" Rob Thomas,  who tells TVGuide.com, "I couldn't be any more excited about working with Kristen again. Her role in 'Party Down' is the first that we've written for a specific actor." Bell’s episode debuts in the season finale on May 22.

"But my writing the movie is half the battle. Someone else has to pay for it. Joel Silver does have a certain pile of money. He called on me saying 'Can we do this now?' Kristen [Bell] wants to do it. Joel wants to do it and I want to do it. For me, that's the next Project," he said.

Kristen Bell, Sex and the City’s Kristen David, and Watchmen’s  Malin Akerman have joined the comedy ‘Couples.’ In the movie, the ‘Heroes’ hottie will be playing Jason Bateman’s wife,  Davis will be playing Jon Favreau's wife and Akerman will be Vince Vaughn’s wife. The film is about four couples, who are working on their marriages and attend couples therapy during their time at a tropical island resort, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Peter Billingsley is at the helm of the project, with a script written by Favreau and Scott Stuber as the producer.

According to Variety, Bell will be joining Freddie Highmore (as the main character), Nicolas Cage, Scarlett Johansson, Donald Sutherland, Bill Nighy, Nathan Lane and Eugene Levy in Warner Bros’ animated movie. Astro Boy, created by Osamu Tezuka, tells the story of a young robot with incredible powers developed by a brilliant scientist to replace the son he has lost. The film is scheduled for next year.

Kristen Bell might be back for the third season of Heroes but now in a recurring role. The actress, who stars as Elle Bishop in the series, is expected to appear in five new episodes of the show, according to Eonline reports.  The only new regular character on Heroes will be Cristine Rose, says Dos Santos from E, who has been on the show since the pilot as Nathan and Peter Petrelli's mother with a past, Angela.

I respect his body of work so much.”  The movie will open theater in 2009.

Kristen Bell suffered a minor car accident in Los Angeles on Friday (March 7). The actress reportedly crashed her Saturn VUE Hybrid sports utility vehicle (SUV) into another SUV driven by a man. The incident took place at Hollywood Boulevard and no one was injured. Bell’s spokesperson claims that a call was made to police, but that no officers showed up at the scene.

Kristen Bell has signed on to star in the romantic movie When in Rome. The movie will be directed by Mark Steven Johnson for Disney and written by David Diamond and David Weissman. Kristen will play a love-starved curator who steals magical coins from the Trevi fountain in Rome and is chased back to New York by a band of belligerent suitors. The actress, who started working in Heroes recently, accompanied the series creator/executive producer/writer Tim Kring and co-executive producer/writer Jeph Loeb in the strike. Taking to IGN TV, Bell said, “I think people are trying to understand. I mean it's a little confusing to everybody when anybody goes on strike. Kristen Bell will appear as the leading character in the long-awaited video game "Assassin's Creed." According to the Hollywood Reporter, she will voice the main part in the story line, settled during the Crusades in the 12th century. No further details were revealed about Bell’ character. “Creed" is the first video game project for the blonde star.

Kristen Bell wishes she would perform more mature roles in the near future . The 27-year-old actress says, “I always have played about 10 years younger than I am, which is a major blessing, even in real life. My family is very petite and I have a young-looking face and good genes, I guess. I'm thankful to my parents. That being said, as an actor, there are certain things I'm going through in my own life in my late 20s and that's what you draw upon in your acting. The name of Kristen Bell has been heard as a suitable candidate to star in a potential movie version of Mnemovore according to online sources. Hans Rodionoff is thinking in taking the comic series book to the big screen as he commented at the H.P Lovecraft Film Festival in Portland this week. Rodionoff will be at the helm of the project, based on his own screenplay. He also confirmed that Guillermo del Toro (Pan’s Labyrinth) to be the Executive Producer. The plot tells the story of Kaley, an amnesiac former pro snow boarder who comes out with an astonishing discovery - her snowboarding accident sets her up in the singular position to fight a centuries-old Lovecraftian entity that feeds on the memories of humankind. She finds herself in a battle to protect the loved ones she no longer remembers.

When Ellen asked the 32-year-old actor if there was something going on between them, he said, "Kristin is an absolutely amazing individual both on and off screen. We're great friends. Everyone has a crush on her." The inquisitive went on, "So you do have a crush on her?" "Everyone does," Oka responded, laughing when DeGeneres inquired, "Is she a good kisser or not?" "I'm sure she is," he said.

Kristen Bell’s voice can be heard tonight at the debut of  ‘Gossip Girl’ on the CW. Starring  Blake Lively as Serena van der Woodsen and Leighton Meester as Blair Waldorf, the show promises. Meanwhile, Kristen was seen at the 59th Primetime Emmy Awards in a gorgeous blue gown.

Kristen Bell talked about her forthcoming projects with  Entertainment Weekly. On fanboys she said, “These Star Wars nerds drive cross-country to break into George Lucas' ranch and steal a print of [The Phantom Menace] so that their friend with a terminal illness can see it before it comes out”. Regarding her addition to ‘Heroes', reads in the interview, “[Elle] comes in with a bang. She's a bit of a criminal in the beginning. I'm not even sure if they know whether she's going to be bad or good. She has a link to H.R.G. and Peter. She becomes integral to the mystery on the show”.

Kristen Bell is currently very busy, besides Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Heroes, she will start a band with Clark Duke from Greek show. “I think me and Kristen Bell are going to start a band. It's called Kung-Fu Professor. This is a pretty new development, like last week. We met through Edgar Wright, the director of Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead. I play guitar and a little bit of keys, and she plays keys and sings. I sort of aspire to sing between, like, cigarettes. I give it my all. I got a lot of heart.”, Clark  told New York Magazine.

Kristen Bell will star in NBC’s hit show 'Heroes'. The actress will play the role of Elle, a sultry and enigmatic young lady that will appear in October.  Elle has ties to the alleged death of Peter Petrelli, Noah Bennet’s past and Claire Bennet’s future. Elle will kick off her arc, executing a serious crime, even though it’s not reveal whether she’s good or bad. It was complicated to have Bell’s in the show, as many studios are chasing the actress with a busy schedule. "This was not easy to pull off. But since we’re an ensemble show, with many arcs playing out through the year, we found a way to jump into a small window in (Bell’s) schedule," explained the show’s creator-exec producer, Tim Kring.

Kristen Bell recently talked with MTV about  a potential movie about Veronica Mars, and sadly said,  “There is no future, unfortunately”. She adds,  “Everybody’s really, really sad to see it go, and we all just keep e-mailing each other. We’re just missing everyone. she has been laid to rest  may she rest in peace.” But who knows... Meanwhile, Bell has turned down a chance to join the cast of ‘Lost.’ It is said that Bell is now thinking in returning back to Broadway, where she began her  professional career in 2001.

Russell Brand has spoken about his role in upcoming movie Forgetting Sarah Marshal, which also stars Kristen Bell. The actor portrays a British rocker Aldous Snow who beds TV host Sarah, performed by Bell. Brand, who has been typecast a god sex for the steamy scenes his shared with the actress, says, “I had to do horseriding and surfing, which I was cr*p at, and a sex scene, which I was obviously superb at.” He continues “It’s a big part.” The film, shot in Hawaii, was not a dream come true for Brand. He says, “It lasted three months and I wanted to go home after four weeks. “Hawaii was beautiful and warm, but it felt like I was being held captive on an island paradise.”

Despite many fans disappointment, CW Executive Dawn Ostroff does not regret of calling of Veronica Mars starred Kristen Bell. The network Entertainment President said during the TCA summer press tour, “I can honestly sit here and say I can not look back and have any regrets.” She added, “I feel that we gave Veronica Mars every chance and as many of you here know, there was no stronger champion of that show than me.  We gave it a better time slot to follow up every single year that it was on the air.  And eventually, we just had to say how much longer do we go on without the show really catching on?”

Kristen Bell says that it is tough to let go of Veronica Mars. When she was asked about what  she would miss most about the character, Bell was reluctant: "Other than everything?" She also confessed, "It feels sort of like graduating high school. You really only recognize how special it was once it's gone away. "And of course everyone graduates from different jobs then they move on, but I don't know I'll find as special a show ever again. Now, Kristen is in Hawaii shooting a comedy Forgetting Sarah Marshall.

'Veronica Mars' has come to an unexpected end; but Kristen Bell will be part of many projects in the big screen during this year until 2008. Bell’s fans will enjoy her in Flatland, an animated movie where she portrays the main role Hex. She also will star Forgetting Sarah Marshall in which she stars as Sarah Marshall, a TV star that goes on a trip with her new fiancé only to find her ex is in the same location. Other projects to mention are Fanboys, an adventure comedy-drama and Antique, a drama about the lives of eight persons that try to  recover from the pains of their past.

Kristen Bell's show 'Veronica Mars' has been called off after three years on the air. The CW's bosses announced on Thursday the last episode of the popular teen drama will air on Tuesday. However, rumours are buzzing that the network want to work with Kristen again. Bell says, "Veronica Mars is over. We're talking about something else. I don't know if it's going to be anything. I'm being honest with you. It could come back in some form, but I don't know what form that would be.

Kristen Bell will star the lead role in Forgetting Sarah Marshall, a comedy set up at Universal. The romantic comedy tells the story of a heartbroken and afflictive Peter (Segel) who, after an overwhelming  break-up with his girlfriend TV sitcom star Sarah Marshall (Bell), goes  to Hawaii for a little vacation to make an attempt to forget every detail of their relationship. But destiny has other plans for Peter , for Sarah is on holiday in the same exclusive hotel as Peter, along with her new date. The project is expect to start filming in mid-April during Bell's eight-week hiatus from TV's "Veronica Mars".
